Vendors – KY AAP Annual Meeting

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Kentucky Chapter of the AAP’s educational meeting. The conference is themed “Office Based Pediatrics” and will take place on August 15-16, 2025 at Sawyer Hayes Community Center in the E. P. Tom Sawyer State Park, Louisville, KY.

To secure exhibit space, please return this completed form (TBD) with payment to the Chapter office.

For the traditional live event format, please note that there are three different levels of visibility of your company prior to and at the event.

(Each level includes an exhibit table and space for 2 company attendees)

Exhibitor Gold:

$5,000+

• Includes company name on front page of meeting brochure and program with Gold recognition text insert*
• Recognition on quarterly E-publications, Kentucky Pediatrics PLUS, to all 900+ Chapter members annually (3x per year)
• Priority Preference of exhibit table location
• Recognition on prominent meeting signage

Exhibitor Silver:

$3,000+

• Includes company name on front page of meeting brochure with Silver recognition text insert*
• Preference of exhibit table location
• Recognition on prominent meeting signage

Exhibitor

$1,200

• Includes recognition in the brochure and program*
• Exhibit table space

*If submitted by brochure printing deadline of April 20th. 

NOTE: Exhibitors who submit exhibit cancellation requests 45 (or more) days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund. After 45 days, refunds are not provided.
